Performing very thorough and honest property inspections is what I do for all of my clients. I will inspect a property for you as if I was buying it myself! The report is printed on site or emailed to you, at your preference. My philosophy:"You are only as good as your last inspection."
I have performed over 8700 inspections since starting in 1991. In this business, experience counts! With memberships in both ASHI and NAHI, both highly respected trade organizations, I complete approximatley 50 hours of continuing education annually.
