I have been in business for 15 years and have inspected over 5,600 homes. In 2002 I was appointed by the Governor to the Illinois Home Inspector Advisory Board. In that capacity I helped to write the Illinois Home Inspector Licensing Act and the Standards of Practice for the State of Illinois. I am a Illinois licensed CE instructor and teach Home Inspection Courses for Inspection Training Associates, Home Inspector University, and Oakton Community College. I am a Certified Real Estate Inspector with NAHI and on NAHI'S Board of Directors. Illinois Home Inspector License #450.000005. |

I do complete Home Inspections following the Illinois Standards of Professional Practice and NAHI'S Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We offer a comprehensive 16 page computer generated report at the end of each inspection which includes the Exterior/Foundation, Roof, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Electric, Interior, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and encourge the client to attend the inspection and ask questions. |
